Embroidery files can be requested for a flat fee of $30 within the product building interface.
For embroidery items, you will need two files, a .dst version of your design, and also a 300 dpi transparent .png version.
If you don't have a .dst file, we can make one for you. Simply follow the steps to upload your transparent .png file, and we will convert that into a .dst for a small fee. The .png file is also used by the mockup tool to create images of your garments for your store.
You may also provide your own embroidery files [.dst] but we are not responsible for how they run.
